Enrolment Process

Step 1: Application

1- The Application of Admission Form can be obtained from the School or downloaded from the school’s website, click here. Submit your completed application form and photocopies of the supporting documents as listed on the application form checklist to the School’s Marketing Department or email the scanned copies to marketing@nobel.edu.my. Additional documents may be required and this will be made known.

2- Bring along your original documents upon submission of the application form for verification. Failure to show the original documents will delay the application.

 

3- A non-refundable and non-transferable Application Fee of RM500 is payable for each application. We will process your application when all your documents and the application fee are received. Payment can be made by:

  • Cash & Credit card (Pay at the School’s administration office)
  • Cheque (payable to Nobel International School Sdn Bhd). Write out your child’s name and intake year at the back of the cheque.
  • Online banking

Step 2: Entrance Test

1- An Entrance Test will be scheduled when a place is available for the Year Group in the Academic Year requested. An invitation to sit for the Entrance Test will be emailed to you upon availability.

2- The entrance test results will be available within (7) working days for Elementary School application & (14) working days for Junior & Senior application after completion of test. Both successful & non-successful application will be notified by email.

3- Upon the success of an application, an offer of Acceptance Letter will be issued. You may choose either to accept or decline the offer within and no later than the stipulated due date stated in the letter of offer.

4- The Registration fee and Security deposit must be paid by the stipulated deadline stated in the letter of offer to confirm a place.

 

Step 3: Admission

1- All other school fees must be paid before the commencement of each term, within and no later than the stipulated deadline as stated in the invoice. A late charge will apply for payment made after the deadline.

2- You will receive information on access to Parent’s Portal, School’s Academic Calendar, Uniform List, ECA/CCA list and other information before your child begins school.
