Elementary School Teacher (Mathematics)

Junior Audio Visual Technician

We are seeking a skilled Junior Audio Visual (AV) Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the setup, maintenance, and operation of audio and visual equipment for events and classes. The Junior AV Technician will work under the supervision of the Senior AV Technician and assist with troubleshooting and repairing audio and visual equipment as needed.

Responsibilities :

Assist with the setup and operation of audio and visual equipment for events and classes.
Assist with maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing audio and visual equipment.
Assist with the installation and integration of new audio and visual equipment.
Ensure that all equipment is in good working condition and properly maintained.
Ensure that all audio and visual equipment is properly stored and secured.
Assist with organizing and maintaining inventory of audio and visual equipment.
Assist with training staff and students on the proper use of audio and visual equipment.
Keep abreast of new technologies and make recommendations for equipment upgrades.
Maintain a clean and organized AV work area.

Requirements :

Minimum SPM or equivalent.
Associate's degree or certification in audio visual technology or related field preferred.
Proven experience as an audio visual technician or similar role.
Knowledge of audio and visual equipment and technology.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair audio and visual equipment.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Science Lab Technician

We are seeking a skilled Science Lab Technician to assist in the preparation and maintenance of laboratory equipment, materials and supplies for our school's science laboratory. The ideal candidate should have a passion for science, excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. This position is responsible for ensuring that all laboratory equipment and materials are in excellent condition and readily available for use by our students and teaching staff.

Responsibilities :

Assist in the preparation of laboratory equipment, materials and supplies for science classes.
Maintain laboratory equipment and materials by cleaning, sterilizing and storing them properly.
Assist in the setup and breakdown of laboratory experiments and demonstrations.
Ensure that all safety precautions are taken by students and staff while in the laboratory.
Maintain an inventory of laboratory equipment, materials and supplies and order replacement items as needed.
Assist in the disposal of hazardous waste and materials.
Maintain records of laboratory usage and report any issues or concerns to the science department head.

Requirements :

Minimum SPM or equivalent., with some college level coursework in science preferred.
1-2 years of experience working in a laboratory setting.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Knowledge of laboratory safety procedures and protocols.
Familiarity with basic laboratory equipment and materials.
Ability to maintain accurate records and inventory of laboratory equipment, materials and supplies.
